How Wolmar works, what it costs, what nobody can change, and what can go wrong. Every number on this page is a constant compiled into the program unless it says where it was read from.
What Wolmar is
Wolmar ($WOLM) is a Solana coin whose trading fee is handled entirely by an on-chain program. It launches on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve and graduates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. Both charge 1.98% on buys and sells, paid in SOL.
The part of that fee that reaches Wolmar is split by the program: 50.5% buys WOLM back every hour and burns it; 49.5% waits in the Dip Wall, a vault that only buys when the coin falls 10, 20 or 30% under its 24 h high, and burns everything it buys.
On top of the coin, holders get dip tickets (buy WOLM, SOL, BTC or ETH if it falls N%) and paid-to-wait positions (USDC parked as liquidity under the SOL and BTC price). Their fees are outside revenue: money that does not come from our own traders, also bought back and burned. Twelve utilities open on a fixed schedule from launch.
The fee path
Traders pay 1.98% on every buy and sell. Meteora keeps a fixed 20% of that as its protocol share; nobody can configure it away. The other 80% reaches the Wolmar fee router, a program address (PDA) that is the pool's fee claimer, its creator, the curve's leftover receiver and the owner of both locked LP positions after graduation.
One trade of $1,000
- Fee
- 1.98% on buys and sells. On the curve the fee starts at 90% and falls linearly to 1.98% over the first 60 seconds (anti-sniper), then stays fixed. After graduation the DAMM v2 pool is created with exactly 198 bps, fixed.
- Meteora's share
- 20% of the fee, kept by Meteora on both the curve and the graduated pool. So 1.584% of volume reaches the router.
- Split
- Of what the router receives: 50.5% to the buyback vault, 49.5% to the wall vault. In volume terms 0.800% and 0.784%.
- Currency
- Fees accrue in SOL only. Transfers between wallets pay no fee.
- Who can move it
- Anyone may call the claim and route instructions; the SOL can only go to the buyback and wall vaults. There is no instruction that sends fees to a team wallet and none that raises the fee.
The Dip Wall
The wall is the 49.5% vault. It stays still while the price climbs and acts only when the price falls onto it.
| # | Under the 24 h high | May spend | Slices |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | −10% | 20% | 4 × 1 h |
| 2 | −20% | 30% | 4 × 1 h |
| 3 | −30% | 50% | 4 × 1 h |
- Price it watches
- A 30-minute TWAP of the coin, pushed on chain by the keepers. The program rejects a push that moves more than 5% at once, that is older than 120 s, or that is more than 15% away from the pool's own spot price read on chain.
- 24 h high
- Kept on chain: one TWAP point every 15 minutes, 96 points, so the high is the highest of the last 24 hours.
- Tiers
- 10% under the high arms tier 1, 20% under arms tier 2, 30% under arms tier 3.
- Budget
- When the first tier of a fall arms, the wall's value is snapshotted. Tier 1 may spend 20% of that snapshot, tier 2 30%, tier 3 50%. Down to −30% the whole snapshot can be spent; fees that arrive during the fall wait for the next one.
- Pace
- Each tier's budget is spent in 4 slices, at most one slice per hour, each swap capped at 3% slippage against the TWAP.
- Burn
- Everything the wall buys lands in the burn account and is burned in the same instruction.
- Reset
- The fall (epoch) ends when the TWAP is back within 5% of the 24 h high. Unspent budget stays in the vault.
The 12-utility schedule
The order and the times are compiled into the program as offsets from the launch timestamp. There is no instruction that changes them. A utility is usable the second its time passes, even if nobody has recorded it yet; anyone can record it (open_utility), which the bot announces.
Launch timestamp: Not launched yet. The exact UTC times appear here, from the chain, the moment the launch transaction lands.

The total USDC that tickets and paid-to-wait positions may hold is capped: $50,000 until Major dip tickets open, $150,000 from then, $500,000 from Auto-reload.
Utilities 10 to 12 are built and tested already. Ideas not built yet (wall alliances, prize boxes, put options) are not in the switch; adding one later needs a program upgrade, which only adds and never moves existing times.
Dip tickets
A dip ticket is USDC armed under a price: “buy X if it falls N%”. When the oracle price reaches the trigger, the keeper fills every armed ticket of that asset in one batch through a whitelisted swap, and each ticket gets its share of what was bought.
- Assets
- WOLM (the holder wall, from Back the Wall), SOL, BTC and ETH (from Major dip tickets).
- Size
- At least $10 per ticket. At most $2,000 armed per wallet across trigger tickets and paid-to-wait positions.
- Per-round limit
- A round may not exceed the asset's on-chain fill cap (max_fill_usdc); the program refuses a larger one. Back the Wall (WOLM): up to $25 per round while the coin is on the bonding curve, raised by the admin after graduation as the pool deepens. Use a ladder for more.
- Expiry
- 24 h, 72 h, 7 days or 30 days. After expiry anyone can refund it to the owner.
- Issue burn
- $0.30 per ticket, ladder rung, reload round and gift: burn WOLM at once, or pay in SOL that is bought back and burned within the hour.
- Fill fee
- 0 for WOLM tickets. 0.3% of the filled USDC for SOL, BTC and ETH; that fee is outside revenue, bought back and burned.
- Price checks
- Fills need a fresh oracle (Pyth push feeds on mainnet; the coin's on-chain TWAP for WOLM) and receive at least the oracle value minus 1%.
- Exits
- Cancel any time before it fills; claim what was bought any time after. Cancels, refunds and claims are never blocked by a pause, a utility or a price.
Paid to wait
Paid-to-wait puts USDC into Meteora DLMM bins under the SOL or BTC price. While the price stays above the band nothing happens. When the price trades down through the band, the USDC becomes the asset bin by bin, and every swap that crosses your bins pays you its fee.
Not fixed interest. There is no promised rate. Fees are earned only when trades pass through your band and can be zero for days.
- Bands
- −3 to −6%, −6 to −10%, −10 to −15% under the price, for SOL and BTC (cbBTC). Tokenized stocks and gold join when their utilities open.
- Cohorts
- Deposits wait in a band's pending pool. At most every 6 hours the keeper opens one shared DLMM position per band at the current price; everyone in it entered at the same time and price, so a share is simply the USDC you put in.
- Withdraw
- Before your cohort opens: USDC back at once. After: your share of the position as it is now (USDC, the asset, or both). DLMM removes liquidity in 0.01% steps; rounding stays in the position for the others.
- Fees
- 90% of the swap fees stay with the depositors; 10% is outside revenue, bought back and burned.
- ETH
- No ETH DLMM pool is deep enough (the largest held about $68k with no volume when checked), so ETH is offered as trigger tickets only.
Example P&L (made-up prices, not a forecast)
Example with made-up prices, not a forecast. $1,000 in the −6 to −10% band, SOL at $106.00.
| If SOL… | You get back | P&L |
|---|---|---|
| never falls 6% | $1,000.00 USDC, no fees (no swap reached the band) | $0.00 (0%) |
| dips to −8% and recovers | $1,002.70 USDC (fees $3.00, 10% of them burned) | +$2.70 (+0.27%) |
| falls to −12% and stays | about 10.25 SOL worth $956.50, plus $2.16 fees | −$41.34 (−4.1%) |
- Impermanent loss is the point: if the price falls through your band and stays there, you hold the asset bought on the way down, at a loss against holding USDC.
- Fees can be zero. If the price never reaches your band, you earn nothing and get your USDC back.
- USDC, cbBTC, NVDAx and XAUt0 carry issuer powers; see Issuer powers below.
- DLMM is Meteora's closed-source program; its behaviour is tested on a mainnet clone but not audited by us.
Issuer powers
Some tokens in Paid to wait answer to their issuers, not only to code. These powers sit outside Wolmar's program and reach the band and cohort accounts that hold your USDC or the asset it turned into. Each line below was read from the mint on mainnet.
- USDC (Circle)
- Has a freeze authority: Circle can freeze any USDC account, including a band's pending vault and every cohort.
- cbBTC (Coinbase)
- Has a freeze authority: Coinbase can freeze any cbBTC account, including a cohort that holds your converted cbBTC.
- NVDAx (xStock yield)
- A Token-2022 token with a permanent delegate and the pausable extension: its issuer can move tokens out of any account, including the cohort that holds your converted NVDAx, and can pause every transfer. Its balance also shows through a scaled UI amount multiplier that the issuer sets.
- XAUt0 (Gold yield)
- Its issuer can freeze accounts, including the cohort that holds your converted XAUt0.
- Band caps
- The NVDAx and XAUt0 pools are thin, so each xStock band takes at most $1,000 and each gold band at most $5,000 of principal (pending plus deployed). A deposit over the cap is refused; withdrawals never read it.
Outside revenue and burns
Burns are recorded by source, on chain, and the app always shows what our own traders paid apart from everything else.
- Paid by WOLM traders
- Hourly tax buybacks and Dip Wall buys. Both come from the 1.98% trading fee.
- Outside revenue
- 0.3% of SOL, BTC and ETH ticket fills, and 10% of DLMM fees. From Auto-reload on, 20% of outside revenue tops up the wall instead of being burned at once.
- Ticket burns
- $0.30 per ticket, rung, reload round, gift, card and badge.
- Curve leftover
- Coins left on the curve after graduation go to the router and are burned there.
- Donated
- Anyone may burn their own WOLM through the program.
Each source is bought back at most once an hour, and a single buyback spends at most 1% of the pool's SOL reserve, read on chain.
Supply and authorities
Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 WOLM, SPL token, 6 decimals. No presale, no emissions, no team allocation.
- Mint authority
- Revoked by the bonding curve program inside the same instruction that mints the supply. Nobody can mint more.
- Freeze authority
- Never set. Nobody can freeze a holder.
- Metadata
- Immutable.
- Curve leftover
- Burned by the router after graduation, so the circulating supply never gets a late top-up.
- Liquidity
- 100% of the graduated LP is permanently locked and owned by the router PDA. Fees stay claimable; the liquidity can never be withdrawn.
- Dev buy
- Dev buy: 1.0% of supply, bought in public after the 60-second launch fee schedule, then burned in full. The burn is on the ledger: it goes through the program's burn_coin and is listed under Donated on the Burns sheet.

Contracts and upgrade authority
One program, wolmar, holds every vault through its own program addresses. Each vault has its own authority PDA, so one signature can never move another vault.
- Admin can
- Pause new use of one utility (never exits), lower the major fill fee, add an asset, set keeper keys.
- Admin cannot
- Move any vault or deposit, mint, raise any fee, change the schedule, block sells, cancels, refunds, claims or withdrawals.
- Swaps
- Only four programs can be called for swaps, compiled in: Jupiter v6, Meteora DBC, DAMM v2 and DLMM. Every swap is measured: what left the vault, what arrived, and a minimum against the oracle.
- Upgrades
- The upgrade authority is a 2-of-3 Squads multisig with a 24 h timelock, so any upgrade is public for a day before it can run. The admin is a separate operations multisig.
- Audit
- Not audited yet. The program is tested against real Meteora programs cloned from mainnet, including attack scenarios (price manipulation, dumping into the wall, double fills, share accounting).

Risks
- Not audited
- The program has tests and a launch-day simulation, not an external audit.
- The wall is not a floor
- It slows a fall with a fixed budget; it cannot stop one. A large enough sell can go through all three tiers.
- Oracles
- Fills depend on Pyth push feeds and the coin's TWAP. Stale or wrong prices pause fills; they cannot move your funds.
- Keepers
- Fills, buybacks and the wall run through keeper bots. If they stop, exits still work: cancel, refund, claim and withdraw never depend on a keeper.
- Meteora
- The pools and DLMM are Meteora's programs. A bug there would affect Wolmar too.
- Large holders leaving
- The launch-day simulation measures what a large exit does to the wall and the price. Its report is published here once it has run; until then this line says so instead of guessing.
Pending: the launch-day simulation has not produced its report yet.
